Multi-location Italian restaurant group

We unified seven disconnected systems — POS, reservations, reviews, inventory, accounting, delivery platforms, team chat — into a single AI-orchestrated control room.

Managers stopped firefighting and started seeing patterns. The AI doesn't replace decisions; it makes the decisions that need to be made visible, three steps earlier.

Our story

Built by engineers who've shipped real things — for people, not pitch decks.

Acelera started with a simple frustration: most AI projects we saw were demos that never made it to production, sold by teams who didn't have to live with the consequences.

We're a small group of engineers — aerospace, mechanical, software infrastructure — who learned our craft in industries where systems have to work. We pick a handful of clients each year and work with them like partners. Real acceleration doesn't come from a slide deck. It comes from a team that shows up and stays.

But Acelera isn't only the consultancy. We believe AI's highest calling is to lift the people the system overlooks — which is why our founders are in the process of chartering FAAND, the Foundation for AI-Assisted Neurodivergent Development, as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Free to clinics. Free to families. Always. Every mind has its own genius. Acelera exists to prove it.

— The Acelera founding team

Founders & leadership · N° 01

Three founders.
One promise.

The market for small-business AI is saturated with noise. Acelera exists because small businesses don't need another vendor pitching a chatbot — they need a partner who can teach, build, and deliver.

We earn trust before we earn revenue.

Aerospace engineer (Rolls-Royce alumnus) turned operator. Spent six years building Ecomcy into an Amazon Advanced Verified Partner serving 1,000+ brands across five continents — and developed the exact playbook Acelera applies to AI: education-led trust first, commercial execution second. How we work

Four steps. One conversation at a time.

Each step has a fixed deliverable and a clear exit. You can stop after any phase — most clients don't, but we'd rather earn the next one than assume it.

01 · STEP

We talk

A free 30-minute call. Tell us what you're trying to solve. No deck, no salespeople — you'll be speaking to one of the founders.

first call
02 · STEP

We map it

We sit with your team for a week or two and figure out where AI actually helps, where it doesn't, and what would be worth building first.

1–2 weeks
03 · STEP

We build it

Fixed scope, fixed price, with you in the loop every week. Production-grade from day one — security, monitoring, the lot.

4–10 weeks
04 · STEP

We stay

Most consultancies disappear after delivery. We don't. We stay close, keep things running, and help your team grow into the system.

How we think

The way we'd want
someone to work with us.

We're not here to maximise billables or chase the next hype cycle. We're here because we genuinely enjoy helping good people grow good businesses — and we've found AI is a uniquely useful tool when applied with care.

Whether we end up working together or not, the conversation will be honest. That part's not negotiable.

01

We listen before we build

Every engagement starts with us understanding what you actually do and what's actually slow. The right AI tool is the one you'd miss if it went away — not the one that demos well.

02

We stay until it works

Most projects are easy to start and hard to finish. We've made our living on the finishing — the integrations, the edge cases, the quiet weeks of polish that turn a demo into a tool.

03

We tell you when not to use AI

Sometimes the answer is a spreadsheet, a one-page SOP, or hiring one good person. We'll say so. We'd rather lose a project than sell you something you don't need.

What we can help with

A few things we're genuinely good at.

We're not an everything-shop. These are the engagements where we've consistently shipped things people use — and we'll tell you upfront if your problem isn't one of them.

01 · 2–4 WEEKS · FIXED FEE

Figure out what's worth building

A few weeks with your team mapping where AI helps, where it doesn't, and what to do first. Fixed fee, clear deliverable. Often the most valuable thing we do.

02 · 4–12 WEEKS · SCOPED

Build something that actually runs

Custom AI tools — assistants, agents, automations — scoped to your use case and engineered for production. No demos that need rebuilding later.

03 · PER WORKFLOW

Quietly take work off your plate

Intelligent automations that handle repetitive workflows — invoicing, reporting, lead triage — so your team spends time on the things only they can do.

04 · RETAINER

Stay close after launch

We don't ghost after delivery. We stay on retainer with most clients to keep things running, tune what needs tuning, and grow the system as your business does.
