Acelera started with a simple frustration: most AI projects we saw were demos that never made it to production, sold by teams who didn't have to live with the consequences.
We're a small group of engineers — aerospace, mechanical, software infrastructure — who learned our craft in industries where systems have to work. We pick a handful of clients each year and work with them like partners. Real acceleration doesn't come from a slide deck. It comes from a team that shows up and stays.
But Acelera isn't only the consultancy. We believe AI's highest calling is to lift the people the system overlooks — which is why our founders are in the process of chartering FAAND, the Foundation for AI-Assisted Neurodivergent Development, as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Free to clinics. Free to families. Always. Every mind has its own genius. Acelera exists to prove it.
